Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of ANONMAILS. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

1. Purpose of the Service

ANONMAILS provides short-lived disposable email inboxes intended for temporary and low-risk use. Mailboxes are designed to expire automatically after approximately 30 minutes.

The service should not be used for banking, financial services, healthcare, government services, password recovery, or accounts where permanent access is important.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use ANONMAILS for lawful purposes such as receiving temporary verification messages, testing online services, protecting your primary email address, or reducing exposure to unwanted marketing and spam.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use ANONMAILS to facilitate, support, conceal, or participate in unlawful or abusive activity. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

4. Temporary Data Storage

ANONMAILS stores incoming messages only for the temporary lifetime of the mailbox. The service stores the information needed to display the message, such as the recipient address, sender, subject, readable message content, and relevant timestamps.

Expired mailboxes and their messages are automatically removed from the active database. ANONMAILS does not provide permanent email storage, and messages become inaccessible when the mailbox expires or is replaced.

Although expired mailboxes and messages are removed from the active ANONMAILS database, our database provider, Cloudflare, maintains point-in-time recovery history for up to 7 days on the current plan. During this period, previously deleted data may technically remain recoverable through Cloudflare's database recovery systems.

5. Privacy and Security

ANONMAILS does not require a user account or password to create a temporary inbox. The service is designed to reduce unnecessary exposure of your permanent email address.

No internet service can guarantee complete anonymity or security. Limited technical information may be processed by our infrastructure providers or by ANONMAILS where necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or protect the service.

6. Abuse Prevention

We may apply technical safeguards including rate limits, automated abuse detection, access restrictions, or blocking where reasonably necessary to protect ANONMAILS, its users, third parties, or the underlying infrastructure.

We reserve the right to disable or delete a mailbox, restrict access, or block abusive activity when we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

If you believe ANONMAILS is being used for phishing, fraud, malware, harassment, spam, or other unlawful or abusive activity, please report it to abuse@anonmails.cc. Please include enough information for us to identify and review the reported activity.

7. Legal Requests

ANONMAILS may respond to valid and legally binding requests from courts, law enforcement authorities, or other competent authorities where required by applicable law.

We can only provide information that is actually available to us or under our control at the relevant time.

For legal, regulatory, or law enforcement communications, please contact legal@anonmails.cc.

8. Service Availability

ANONMAILS is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that every incoming email will be received, delivered, stored, displayed, or remain available for any particular period.

Temporary email addresses may also be rejected or blocked by third-party websites and services.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of ANONMAILS when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or development of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as ANONMAILS develops or as legal, technical, or security requirements change. The date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last updated.

By using ANONMAILS, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable law and these Terms of Service.
